The Building Construction Process Explained

If you want to learn about the construction process and the steps that are taken to complete a project, you should read my blog. My name is Darren White and I've always been fascinated by the way that a construction crew can erect a building so fast. I work in an industrial park and there's always new buildings being built and I see the progress every day. A few months ago, I was at a neighborhood picnic and I started talking to a neighbor that lived down the street. It just so happened that he was a contractor that worked on the buildings in the industrial park. I asked him how the construction crew could build a huge building so quickly and he explained the whole process to me. That's when I had the idea to write a blog to explain the building process to others who are also interested.

3 Reasons To Go With A Restroom Trailer For A Corporate Dinner

by Edwin Johnston

Holding an outdoor banquet is a beautiful way to celebrate during a sunny season. Hosting a banquet or a garden party outside can give you automatic beautiful surroundings in order to hold your party. During the mild weather and sun, this also saves you from needing an interior party rental site during the day or night. One of the extras that you will need for a garden party that you will not need for an inside event is portable toilets. If you need a portable toilet rental, you should invest in a restroom trailer for three reasons.

1. Moving this only takes one truck

Restrooms that are not attached to one another will need to be properly strapped and loaded onto a truck and brought over to your event. A portable restroom trailer can be hitched to the back of a truck like a moving trailer and easily transported after hooking it up in just a few minutes. If you are responsible for moving the restroom trailer onto the property yourself, a restroom trailer will be simpler to deal with.

2. You only need one water hookup

Some portable toilet units will have a sink inside of them. These are the best for a corporate or upscale event because they allow unrestricted use of a sink and possibly a shower. If you have a water hookup on site, you will be able to hook up the restroom trailer to the water in only one spot. This will provide water to all of the restrooms inside of the trailer without you needing to make several hookups. If setup time is of the essence, a restroom trailer makes hooking up several bathroom stalls possible at one time.

3. Trailers can be air-conditioned

One of the worst parts of a portable toilet is how hot they can get. If the temperature will be reaching the high 80s and 90s, it may feel even hotter inside of the portable toilets. Since a restroom trailer will be a small building of its own, some are equipped with air conditioning or fans. This will keep everyone feeling comfortable while using the facilities. Be sure to request that the company provide you with a trailer that has an air conditioning unit, especially if your event will be running long. Restrooms with an air conditioner can also provide a cool respite for those who are feeling faint or need a short escape into cool weather.
